Every day you are flooded with offers and advertising of food. How to keep track of what is really healthy. You usually have no time to worry about the selection. Too quickly, the lunch break is over. Since the question arises which eating behavior is actually normal. What happens if we lose Balance? WHAT IS NORMAL?
